I moved to Glasgow in September of 2018. Since living here, I have pursued a number of creative opportunities. I have worked intermittently for set-building company, Pretty Scenic, as part of the scenic painting team on a number of productions, including a feature film and a BBC drama series. I have also worked on set at the Outlander Production studios, as part of the Scenic Painting team. Currently, I am working in the Art Department on a TV production taking place in Edinburgh, as a successful candidate of the Screen NETS trainee programme.
Over the past four years, I have designed and built the sets for three short films, all of which went on to be selected for multiple film festivals across the UK. Man, I Feel Like a Wrangler (May 2018), was selected for the Aesthetica Short Film Festival and the London Short Film Festival.
I have a wide range of skills, having built a number of sets using a variety of materials. My current art practice predominantly works with cardboard and paper mâché, manipulating very cheap and lightweight materials into almost anything.
